The Building Developmental Services is subdivided into 6 divisions that oversee various aspects of permitting, construction, and enforcement of the Code of Ordinances

Garage Sale Weekly Report

Garage sale permits rules and regulations are as follows:

Only five per year are allowed
$15 fee for each permit
Money Order or Credit/Debit Card Accepted (NO CASH OR CHECKS)
Permit also available via the Click2Gov portal located on the "Online Services" option below
Must bring copy of ID and Utility Bill of location.
If permit is for another location, must bring a letter authorizing garage sale.
Signs are not allowed on right of way or utility posts.
